Sweet Potato with Egg Strips and Avocado

Step: 1 Peel and chop the sweet potato. Steam until soft.

Step: 2 Mash the cooked sweet potato and combine with milk. You can add more milk if you feel like the purée is too thick until desired consistency is achieved.
