Salmon Patties with Yogurt Sauce and Veggies

Step: 1
Add salmon, mustard, panko crumbs, red onion, capers, and pepper to a food processor. Mix until the ingredients are roughly combined, don’t over mix.
Step: 2
Add olive oil to a pan, once warm scoop out ¼ cup of the salmon mix and add it to the pan. Form into a patty with the spatula. Cook 3 minutes per side.
