Green Lentil and Vegetable Mash
Step: 1
Rinse the green lentils and optionally soak them for an hour. Soaking is not necessary, but it is said to improve digestibility.
Step: 2
In a pot add the olive oil, onions and carrots. Sauté for 10 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté 30 more seconds.
