Beet and Quinoa Purée

Step: 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.

Step: 2 Wrap the beet with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Step: 3 Let the beet cool then unwrap and peel skin off.
