Baked Turkey Meatball Lunchbox with Cauliflower Purée and Asparagus

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, grated garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well until fully combined.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on the tray. Lightly spray the tops.
