Directions

Step 1
Poke holes all around the sweet potato using a fork. Make about 8 indentations.
Step 2
Place it on a microwave safe dish and microwave it for 5 minutes. Wait for it to cool down and peel it. Discard the peel. You can also cook your sweet potato by steaming it.
