Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup quinoa
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 egg
  • 1 1/2 Cup oat milk
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 Cup strawberries
Directions
  • Add water to a pot and add the quinoa. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Sift the dry ingredients together in a bowl: whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
