Place olive oil on a pan and heat it up. Add the turkey patties and cook 5 minutes per side. Once done break into bite size pieces with your spatula. Remove from pan and set aside on a plate.
On the same pan place marinara sauce, water, salt, pepper, and oregano and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and peas and reduce to a low simmer. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
