  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/4 red bell pepper

  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 Ounce rotini pasta
  • 1 Cup marinara sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 2 Cup green beans
Directions
  • Mix your turkey, onion, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
  • Remove two tablespoons of the mixture and shape into a meatball. Repeat until you use up the mixture.
