black pepper

brown sugar
1 Tablespoon
chili powder
1 Tablespoon
cumin

garlic clove
3 Tablespoon
tomato paste
1 1/2 Cup
bone broth
28 Ounce
canned fire roasted tomatoes
15 Ounce
pinto beans
1/4 Cup
greek yogurt
1/4 Cup
cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

Step 1
Grease a pan with olive oil and heat over medium. Add diced onions and cook for 5 minutes until translucent.
Step 2
Add diced bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes until softened.
Step 3
Add ground turkey to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, brown sugar, chili powder, and cumin. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring and breaking up the turkey into small pieces as it browns.
