Directions

Make the lamb meatballs: Add lamb, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to a bowl. Mix until well combined. Shape the lamb mix into balls and cooked on a greased hot pan for 8 minutes until golden from all sides. Remove the lamb from the pan and set aside.

Make the Israeli couscous: Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the olive oil and salt, and mix in the couscous. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or according to package instructions, mixing occasionally.
