Directions
Step 1
Heat up the olive oil in a large pot and add the onion and carrots. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add the ground beef and cook for 7 minutes, stirring frequently to break it apart.
Step 3
Add the chili powder, cumin, orange juice, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir well until combined.
