Ingredients
4 gluten free tortilla
4 Tablespoon canned black beans low sodium
4 Tablespoon mozzarella cheese shredded
1 Tablespoon butter
1 avocado
Directions
Spread beans on one half of a tortilla. Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella on top. Fold the other half of the tortilla on top.
Melt some of the butter on the pan and place the tortilla on top. Cook until the cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden brown on both sides.
