Ingredients
1 Teaspoon unsalted butter
1 gluten free tortilla
1/4 avocado
3 Tablespoon mozzarella cheese shredded
2 Tablespoon canned black beans low sodium
1/4 Cup strawberries
Directions
Rinse canned black beans under water to remove sodium, then mash them with a fork.
Melt some butter on a pan. Add the tortilla on top. Add avocado, mashed black beans, and mozzarella on half of the flour tortilla.
