  • 1 Teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 1 gluten free tortilla
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 3 Tablespoon mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 Tablespoon canned black beans low sodium
  • 1/4 Cup strawberries
Directions
  • Rinse canned black beans under water to remove sodium, then mash them with a fork.
  • Melt some butter on a pan. Add the tortilla on top. Add avocado, mashed black beans, and mozzarella on half of the flour tortilla.
