Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Pound 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrot
  • 3 garlic clove
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon oregano
  • 2 Cup spinach
  • 25 Ounce canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Cup long grain white rice
  • 2 Cup water
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 3 Cup broccoli florets
Directions
  • Add the oil and beef to the pot and cook for 10 minutes, breaking the beef apart frequently with a wooden spoon.
  • Add the onion, carrots, garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and spinach. Sauté for 1 minute then add the diced tomatoes. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes.
