Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it ready for the chicken wings and asparagus.

Start making your honey barbecue sauce by mixing barbecue sauce, avocado oil, and honey in a bowl. Stir until fully combined.

Place your chicken wings in a baking tray. Pour the sauce on top, making sure they are evenly coated. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 minutes. If you want your chicken wings to have a crispy, charred exterior, broil for the last 2 minutes. Otherwise, keep baking at 400°F the full time.
