Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a pan and let it heat up for 90 seconds. Add the turkey bacon and cook for about 5 minutes per side on medium heat, until it is cooked through.

While the turkey bacon cooks, prepare the arepas. In a bowl, combine the warm water, salt, oil, and pre-cooked white cornmeal flour. Mix well and knead for two minutes with wet hands. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 5 minutes.
