Directions
For the couscous: place the water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the salt and olive oil.
Add the couscous, stir, and lower the heat. Cover the pot and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally so it won't boil over the pot.
While the couscous is cooking, prepare your eggs. Place olive oil in a separate pan, once warm add the 4 eggs and the water around the edges to create some steam inside the pan. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Once done, remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.
