Mash the beans with a fork to reduce choking hazard and set aside.

Add olive oil to a pan, once hot add the red bell peppers and onions. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step: 3
Add the mashed beans, garlic, tomatoes, cumin, paprika and cilantro to the pan. Stir to coat all ingredients and cook for 10 minutes or until the tomatoes are very soft.
