Ingredients
10 Ounce tuna canned in water
1/4 Cup celery
33/100 Cup greek yogurt
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
8 Slice whole wheat bread
1 red bell pepper
Directions
Mix tuna, celery, yogurt, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Scoop ¼ cup of the tuna mixture and spread evenly onto a slice of bread. Cover it with another slice of bread to make a sandwich, and cut it in half.
