Ingredients
  • 10 Ounce tuna canned in water
  • 1/4 Cup celery
  • 33/100 Cup greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 8 Slice whole wheat bread
  • 1 red bell pepper
Directions
  • Mix tuna, celery, yogurt, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Scoop ¼ cup of the tuna mixture and spread evenly onto a slice of bread. Cover it with another slice of bread to make a sandwich, and cut it in half.
