  • 1/4 Cup vegan shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon vegan butter
  • 1 gluten free tortilla
  • 1/4 Cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 Cup strawberries
Directions
  • Add vegan butter to a pan and melt.
  • Add the flour tortilla on the pan. Place vegan cheese and steamed chopped broccoli florets on one half of the tortilla.
