Directions

Take your beet and wrap it with aluminum foil. Put it on a baking tray and bake at 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C. for 40 minutes. Once done, let it cool and set aside for later.

Then make your turkey patties: add the turkey, onion, red bell pepper, salt, garlic powder and pepper to a bowl. Mix well.

Take ¼ cup of the mix and shape into a patty. Repeat until the mixture runs out.
