  • 1 Pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Cup basmati rice
  • 2 Cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 beet
  • 2 Tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon dill
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder

  • Take your beet and wrap it with aluminum foil. Put it on a baking tray and bake at 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C. for 40 minutes. Once done, let it cool and set aside for later.
  • Then make your turkey patties: add the turkey, onion, red bell pepper, salt, garlic powder and pepper to a bowl. Mix well.
  • Take ¼ cup of the mix and shape into a patty. Repeat until the mixture runs out.
