Ingredients
  • 2 Slice whole wheat bread
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 Slice turkey slices
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 cheese stick
Directions
  • Add mashed avocado, salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice in a bowl. Mix until combined. The lemon juice will prevent the avocado from turning black.
  • Spread the mashed avocado mix on both slices of bread and top with the turkey slices. Cut the sandwich in half so it's easier to pack and manage.
