Ingredients
1/2 Cup quinoa
1 Cup water
1 Cup whole wheat flour
1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
2 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Teaspoon baking soda
2 egg
1 1/2 Cup oat milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoon avocado oil
2 Cup strawberries
Directions
Add water to a pot and add the quinoa. Cook for 15 minutes.
Sift the dry ingredients together in a bowl: whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
In a separate bowl whisk the wet ingredients together: egg, oat milk, vanilla extract, and avocado oil.
