Ingredients
  • 2 Ounce steak
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Teaspoon parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon avocado oil
  • 1/4 sweet potato
  • 3 Tablespoon water
  • 1/4 Cup broccoli
Directions
  • Make your steak seasoning by adding the ghee, garlic, and parsley to a bowl and mix together. Set aside.
  • Cut the steak into strips the width and length of two fingers put together. Add the steak in the bowl where the ghee mix is. Cover the steak with the ghee mix.
