Ingredients
  • 1 Cup spinach
  • 1/2 Cup black beans canned low sodium
  • 1/4 avocado
Directions
  • Add spinach, black beans, and avocado to a baby blender. Mix until smooth. If you feel like the mixture is too thick feel free to add some breast milk or formula in the blender until desired consistency is reached. Note: optionally serve puree on top of a baby teething biscuit to promote self feeding.
