  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 Teaspoon avocado oil
  • 1 Cup broccoli florets
  • 4 Ounce sardines in water no salt
  • 1 avocado
Directions
  • Pre heat the oven to 400 degree F. / 204 degrees C.
  • Peel and cut the sweet potato into thick sticks, so its easy for your little one to grab. Place the sweet potato sticks on a lined baking pan and add some avocado oil. Toss until well coated and bake for 20 minutes or until soft.
