  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 Ounce salmon filet
  • 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 avocado
Directions
  • Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
  • Peel the sweet potato and cut into 1 inch strips. Place on a baking tray with some avocado oil and cook for 10 minutes then flip over and cook for 15 more minutes.
