Red Lentil and Vegetable Pure

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup red lentils
  • 1 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup cauliflower
  • 1/4 Teaspoon oregano
  • 2 Tablespoon oat milk
  • 6 baby carrot
Directions
  • Add lentils and water to a pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • While the lentils are cooking, steam cook the carrots and cauliflower. I like to do this by adding water to a pot then placing a colander on top. Place the vegetables on the colander and cover the pot loosely with a lid. Cook until your vegetables are soft over high heat. It took me about 15 minutes.
