  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 Cup plain yogurt
Directions
  • Peel the peach and chop it.
  • Add peach and yogurt to a small blender and mix until smooth. Note: Serve half a peeled and cored peach on the side so the baby can be exposed to several textures during meal time. Offer the entire half of a peeled and cored peach for babies under 9 months to prevent risk of choking. After 9 month offer very thin slices of a peeled peach. They should be as thin as a ruler.
