  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 15 Ounce canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 Pound chickpea pasta
  • 3 Tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 3 Tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 carrot
Directions
  • Add olive oil to a pot, once warm add the garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add the grated carrots and cook for 1 more minute. Stirring frequently.
