Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, paprika, and garlic powder to a bowl and mix.
Add the deveined and cleaned shrimp in the bowl. Mix the shrimp with the marinade in the bowl. Cover and let the shrimp rest in the fridge for 15 minutes. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Add the potatoes to a pot and cover with water. Boil until soft, about 10 minutes. Next, prepare the frozen peas. To steam the frozen peas, add water to a pot or steamer, place the peas in a steamer basket, and cover. Steam for 3-5 minutes until tender.
