1 Teaspoon olive oil
1/4 avocado
2 Tablespoon ricotta cheese
1 Tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Add egg to a bowl and beat lightly. Set aside.
Add olive to a pan and the beaten egg. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Once done cut in strips, that are easy for baby to grab.
