Ingredients
  • 2 potato
  • 4 Tablespoon ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 Cup oat milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 12 Ounce ground lamb
  • 1 Teaspoon parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon mint
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Cup spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Cup broccoli florets
Directions
  • Add the potatoes to a pan and cover with water. Boil for 15 minutes or until soft.
  • Add olive oil to a separate pan. Once warm, add the lamb along with the parsley, oregano, cumin, mint, spinach, and garlic. Break it down into crumbles using a wooden spoon. Cook for 8 minutes.
