Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon butter
  • 1 Cup israeli couscous
  • 1/4 Cup spinach
  • 1/4 Cup feta cheese
  • 1 Pound 93% lean ground beef
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 13/100 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 Cup parsley
  • 1/4 Cup feta cheese
  • 2 cucumber
  • 2 tomato
Directions
  • Start by making the couscous: add the water, salt, and butter to a pot. Bring to a boil, then stir in the couscous. Cover the pot and lower the heat. Cook on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once done cooking the couscous, remove from heat and add the spinach and feta cheese. Stir until incorporated and the feta cheese has melted.
