Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup quinoa
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/2 mango
Directions
  • Rinse the quinoa well. Add to a pot along with the water. Bring to a boil, cover the pot, and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add the cooked quinoa to a blender along with the mango chunks. Blend until smooth.
