  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrot
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 Cup green lentils
  • 4 Cup water
  • 4 Cup low sodium vegetable broth
  • 7 Ounce spaghetti
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
  • Add olive oil to a pot. Add onion and carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic and optional flavor add-ons for deeper flavor, like oregano and garlic powder. Sauté for 1 additional minute.
