1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 onion
3 carrot
2 garlic clove
1 sweet potato
1 Cup green lentils
4 Cup water
4 Cup low sodium vegetable broth
7 Ounce spaghetti
1 Teaspoon oregano
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Add olive oil to a pot. Add onion and carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add garlic and optional flavor add-ons for deeper flavor, like oregano and garlic powder. Sauté for 1 additional minute.
