  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 Teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 6 crackers
  • 2 cucumber
  • 9 cherry tomatoes
Directions
  • To make the hummus: Add the chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, garlic, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper to a food processor and mix until smooth.
  • Pack the hummus with a side of crackers, sliced cucumbers, and quartered cherry tomatoes.
