Ingredients
  • 5 Ounce chickpeas canned low sodium
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tablespoon parsley
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • 1/2 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 avocado
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C.
  • Peel and cut the sweet potato into sticks. Add to a baking tray and drizzle with avocado oil. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and mix to combine. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and soft.
