Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup black beans cooked
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 2 tomato
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoon cilantro
  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 Tablespoon goat cheese
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
Directions
  • Add olive oil to a pan, once hot add the red bell peppers and onions. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Add the beans, garlic, tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and cilantro to the pan. Stir to coat all ingredients and cook for 10 minutes or until the tomatoes are very soft.
