  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 2 tomato
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
  • 2 Tablespoon cilantro
  • 2 egg

  • Mash the beans with a fork to reduce choking hazard and set aside.
  • Add olive oil to a pan, once hot add the red bell peppers and onions. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Add the mashed beans, garlic, tomatoes, cumin, paprika and cilantro to the pan. Stir to coat all ingredients and cook for 10 minutes or until the tomatoes are very soft.
