Directions

Mash the beans with a fork to reduce choking hazard and set aside.

Add olive oil to a pan, once hot add the red bell peppers and onions. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the mashed beans, garlic, tomatoes, cumin, paprika and cilantro to the pan. Stir to coat all ingredients and cook for 10 minutes or until the tomatoes are very soft.
