  • 8 gluten free tortilla
  • 1/2 Cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 Cup mild salsa
  • 1 avocado
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. / 204 degrees C. Add olive oil and ground beef to a pan.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 10 minutes. Add chopped cilantro and cook 1 more minute.
