Ingredients
  • 2 Cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 Cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 4 Cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup mango
  • 1/4 Cup blueberries
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. / 150 degrees C.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the oats, finely chopped walnuts, coconut flakes, if using, cinnamon, and salt. Drizzle in the coconut oil and maple syrup and add the almond butter. Stir until combined.
