1/4 Cup
blackberries

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.
Step 2
Grease a pan and add 1/4 cup of batter forming a pancake. Immediately cover the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then uncover the pan and flip the pancake. Cook 1 more minute with the pan covered again.
