Directions
Add cilantro, lemon, olive oil, garlic powder, avocado, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Cut the tilapia into strips and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional paprika. Add some olive oil to a pan and pan sear the tilapia strips 4 minutes per side.
