Ingredients
  • 8 egg
  • 1/2 Cup greek yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon paprika
  • 8 Slice whole wheat bread
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 avocado
Directions
  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes. Then cool down under cold water. once cool peel and dice them.
  • Mix the eggs, yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl until combined.
