1/2 Cup greek yogurt
1 Teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/4 Teaspoon paprika
8 Slice gluten free bread
1 cucumber

2 avocado
Directions
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes. Then cool down under cold water. once cool peel and dice them.
Mix the eggs, yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl until combined.
