Ingredients
  • 1/2 plantain
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 Teaspoon avocado oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 Cup canned black beans low sodium
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. / 218 degrees C.
  • Cut the plantains in diagonal slices, 1/2 an inch thick. Coat the plantain slices with some avocado oil and cinnamon. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
