2 garlic clove
1 Tablespoon ginger paste
1 Tablespoon curry powder
1 Teaspoon turmeric
3/4 Cup red lentils
1/2 Cup cilantro
14 1/2 Ounce canned crushed tomatoes
13 1/2 Ounce canned unsweetened coconut milk
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Cup mini potato
1 avocado
Directions
Add olive oil to a pan along with the carrot and onion. Cook for 8 minutes, until the onion looks golden brown.
Add the garlic, ginger, and curry powder, and turmeric. Cook for 2 minutes.
